Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your registration before August 23, you can choose to either get a 90% refund, or to get access to the information package afterwards. If you decide to cancel after August 29, you will not have the option to do the 90% refund, but will get access to the information post Think Tank.

Lodging

We have a block of rooms with special rates reserved with Hampton Inn and Embassy Suites.  These rates are only available for the dates of September 26 – 29, 2019. Both hotels are Hilton brand hotels. These two hotels are physically connected together and will be the location of all official conference activities. Conveniently located in historic Downtown Savannah, these rooms are the ideal choices for conference attendees. Once you successfully complete registration you will be taken to the payments processing page which will also display a special booking and information link specifically for Think Tank 2019 participants. Make sure to save or bookmark this link before completing the payment process.

Practitioners / Vendors

If you are attending this year’s conference as both a Practitioner AND a Vendor you are eligible to receive a $100 discount off of your Vendor fees. If so, please contact this year’s conference host, Natural Solutions PHC, at (229) 777-7712 after you finish registration and before completing your payment on the next screen. Again this is ONLY if you are paying for both a Practitioner and Vendor registration as the same person/office and would like to receive this discount.
